1. How do I place an order?

Securing your WOLFERA drip is super easy:

  • Select your fit and size, then click ‘Add to Cart’.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Drop your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm!
2. How can I check if my order went through?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation Email and a WhatsApp notification with your Order ID. You can use this ID to track your package.

3. Can I add items to an existing order?

Nah, once an order is locked in, we can't add to it. But you can always place a fresh order to grab those extra fits!

🚚 SHIPPING & TRACKING
1. How long does it take to get my order?

We move fast. We typically dispatch orders within 24-48 hours.

  • Metros: Drops at your door in 2-4 days.
  • Rest of India: Reaches you in 4-7 days.
2. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is absolutely FREE for prepaid orders! However, if you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), there is a standard ₹50 cash handling fee.

(Note: This COD fee is strictly non-refundable if you return the item).

3. How can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, log in to your account, find the order, and click "Change Address." Once it leaves our warehouse, the address cannot be changed.

🔄 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
1. Is an unboxing video really required?

YES. 🎥 THE ULTIMATE RULE: NO VIDEO, NO RETURN!

An unboxing video is strictly mandatory from the moment you open the sealed package. Whether it's a defect, a size issue, or a refund—no continuous unboxing video means no return or exchange. Keep that camera rolling!

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

We like to keep things 100% transparent. You can return or exchange your WOLFERA purchase, but you must request it within 24 HOURS of delivery. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

3. Do I have to pay for returns/exchanges?
  • If we messed up: Sent the wrong size or a defective item? We’ll exchange it for FREE.
  • If you changed your mind / ordered the wrong size:
    • Exchange: You just pay the delivery charges for the new product.
    • Refund: We will deduct the delivery charges + payment gateway taxes + COD fees (if applicable) from your total amount and refund the rest.
🧼 WASH CARE & CONTACT
1. How do I wash my fits?
  • Washing: Mild detergent is your best friend. Wash inside out.
  • Bleaching: A massive NO. It will destroy the fabric.
  • Ironing: Iron on low heat. Never iron directly on the prints or graphics.
  • Drying: Hang them loose, inside out, away from direct harsh sunlight.
