Returns Eligibility

We accept returns exclusively under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The return request is initiated within 05 Days of delivery.
• The item remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags perfectly intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict hygiene and quality standards, the following gear is not eligible for return:

• Worn, washed, or used products.
• Products copped during clearance, final drops, or sale events.
• Customized or made-to-order fits.

The Refund Process

Once your returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the Quality Check (QC):

• Refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
• For COD Orders: We will require your Bank Account details or UPI ID to process the refund.
• Please Note: The ₹65 COD handling charge is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer smooth exchanges only for the following scenarios:

• Size issues (subject to stock availability).
• Defective or damaged items received upon delivery.

Ready to process a return or exchange? Here’s what you need to do:

• Email us at wolfera18@gmail.com or hit us up on WhatsApp with your Order ID and issue details.
• Attach clear images of the product along with the mandatory unboxing video.
• Our crew will guide you through the next steps within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Charges & Quality Assurance

Every piece goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if a discrepancy occurs, we are here to resolve it promptly.

• Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on the specific case.
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable.
