At WOLFERA, we take pride in delivering premium streetwear designed with absolute precision. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to keep your shopping experience as seamless as your fits.
No Video, No Return
A continuous unboxing video of the sealed parcel is strictly mandatory. Claims for defects, missing items, or wrong sizes will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is provided.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns exclusively under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is initiated within 05 Days of delivery.
- The item remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags perfectly intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict hygiene and quality standards, the following gear is not eligible for return:
- Worn, washed, or used products.
- Products copped during clearance, final drops, or sale events.
- Customized or made-to-order fits.
The Refund Process
Once your returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes the Quality Check (QC):
- Refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
- For COD Orders: We will require your Bank Account details or UPI ID to process the refund.
- Please Note: The ₹65 COD handling charge is non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer smooth exchanges only for the following scenarios:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability).
- Defective or damaged items received upon delivery.

Ready to process a return or exchange? Here’s what you need to do:

- Attach clear images of the product along with the mandatory unboxing video.
- Our crew will guide you through the next steps within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Charges & Quality Assurance
Every piece goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if a discrepancy occurs, we are here to resolve it promptly.
- Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on the specific case.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable.
Note: WOLFERA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
