At WOLFERA, we craft modern streetwear with absolute precision. We stand by our quality, but if your fit isn’t perfect, our return and exchange process is clean, transparent, and hassle-free.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To keep things 100% transparent, an unboxing video is required from the moment you open the sealed package. Whether it's a defect, a size issue, or a general return—No continuous unboxing video means no return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following strict conditions to maintain our premium standards:
- The request must be raised within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in pristine condition: unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original packaging and brand tags must be completely intact.
- Items snagged during final clearance sales or exclusive promotional drops are not eligible unless structurally defective.
2. The Exchange Process
Need a different size or vibe? We’ve got you covered.
- Exchanges are permitted for size swaps or different products.
- Requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
- We allow only one exchange per order to keep operations smooth.
- If your newly requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit so you can cop something else.
3. Return & Refund Guidelines
If you decide to return the piece entirely:
- Once your return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 days.
- Every returned item goes through a strict Quality Check (QC) upon arrival at our facility.
- Refund Timeline: Processed within 5–7 business days post-approval.
- COD Orders: Cash on Delivery refunds are strictly issued as a Store Wallet Voucher.
- Note: Initial shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Shipping & Reverse Pickup
We handle the logistics so you don't have to sweat it:
- We offer reverse pickup services across most pin codes via our courier partners.
- If your location is unserviceable for pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the item back to our HQ. In such cases, partial shipping reimbursement will be provided.
5. Damaged or Defective Gear
We take our craftsmanship seriously. If a defective item slips through:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images and the mandatory unboxing video.
- Once verified, we will instantly process a free replacement, exchange, or a full refund.
6. Order Cancellations
- Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
- Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.
